The brief
JDKD Corporate Tower is a Grade A, LEED-certified office building on Mathura Road in New Delhi, open for leasing. The people deciding on it compare floor plates, access and specifications for a living, and they’ve seen every glossy brochure going.
What we built
A leasing site that leads with what a tenant actually weighs: a corner plot open on two sides, seven office floors over two basements, 14 ft 9 in floor heights, an earthquake-resistant structure, solar integration, and 350 m to Sarita Vihar Metro. The developer’s other buildings sit under Projects, each with its own page, and an enquiry is one click from anywhere on the site.
The detail
The line that carries it is “An address that works.” Office buyers don’t want adjectives. They want the ceiling height before they have to ask, so the specification comes first and the sales pitch second.
